Work nearly completed on converting the site to a table-free format. Some slight use of tables will be retained, but all layout will be done with CSS. Also added a journal entry.

Slowly moving towards a table-free design and standards-compliant website. Header, footer, main sidebars and index page are all now using CSS page-layout rather than tables.
